Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and provides correct change
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness on the sales floor
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes or unexpected situations
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience is a plus
