Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Accountant located near Cincy/Dayton, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Accountant will manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities include data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks also include analyzing budgets, tracking expenses, and providing financial reports to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial record-keeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of tax regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
• Experience in real estate industry is advantageous
