Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $62,000.00/yr
Location: Goshen, IN (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in general accounting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary: $60,000 – $62,000 depending on experience
