Annual Return on Assets Bonus Percentage (5 year average): 25.4% of eligible earnings (up to 33% eligible earnings).
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average): 20% of eligible earnings

Basic Job Functions
General Note: Responsibilities of the Accountant may include but are not limited to:
- General ledger accounting
- Corporate, Tax and Divisional Reporting
- Assisting in the internal and external audit processes
- Maintaining and continuously improving internal controls
- Working closely with all department to analyze and evaluate departmental costs and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the business

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years accounting related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA or CMA
- Experience in Manufacturing
