Base pay range

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security for guests and staff
• Monitor security systems and conduct patrols of the property
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and coordinate with appropriate teams
• Maintain clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues
• Follow established security procedures and policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior security/law enforcement experience; hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
