Job Title: Graphic Designer

Status: 1 year contract, 40 hrs/week

Reports to: Creative Director

Pay Range: $35-40/hr

At Ancient Nutrition, we create industry-leading supplements and prioritize regenerative agriculture to support healthier ingredients and a healthier planet. We are looking for a designer to join the Creative Team and help educate and engage our consumers across channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency and alignment in our brand voice and identity across all creative content
• Design organic and paid social ads, email, ecommerce assets, landing pages, and infographics, plus print assets for retail, displays, packaging, and collateral to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Develop concepts and design cross-channel campaigns for new product launches and brand moments
• Design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives; interpret briefs with your own vision and taste
• Meet deadlines with a focus on delivering complete work; champion your craft and attention to detail
• Adapt quickly as priorities change while delivering compelling work

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in an agency setting or in-house digital design (print experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of brand development and experience crafting varied brand assets
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop); animation experience is a plus
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to micro-details
• Solid design fundamentals with the ability to bend/break rules to create innovative solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines; balance speed with quality
• Imaginative, original ideas; eager to contribute and improve with constructive feedback
• Collaborative, low-ego attitude with openness to feedback
