Overview
Director, Human Resources role at Motion Recruitment. Seeking a Director, Human Resources with experience developing, implementing, driving, and supporting HR programs and initiatives for a global business. The Director, HR will report to the CHRO and oversee the North America HRBP team and Talent Acquisition.

What You Will Do
- Serve as an HRBP expert and resource by providing strategic and hands-on expertise in multiple areas of human resources during transformation and change.
- Guide leadership on day-to-day HR activities to help achieve company goals, with expertise in organizational design, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning. Partner with corporate HR experts in HR Technology, compensation, and benefits.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, promote positive employee relationships, and maintain high employee morale.
- Mentor, coach, and partner with the leadership team through rapid growth.
- Support activities such as recruitment, talent management, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, retention, and diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support programs driving leadership development, internships, leadership training, and professional development workshops.
- Establish a visible HR leadership presence with leadership, managers, and employees; monitor employee engagement and maintain a high level of engagement.
Qualifications
Skills and Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree (HR or related preferred) and 10–12 years of relevant, hands-on HR experience. Ability to make high-impact decisions in ambiguous situations, with data-driven judgment. Experience leading organizational design and workforce planning, driving organizational change, and influencing stakeholders. Strong relationship-building skills; trusted resource to HR teams, employees, and global leadership. Experience supporting executive-level clients. Excellent executive presence with ability to manage confidential matters and interact with senior leaders. Experience designing HRIS processes or efficiencies (Workday preferred). Ability to develop solutions to complex issues across functions. Strong management skills and the ability to manage individuals and processes across the organization. HRBP experience with emphasis on developing and executing talent programs and change management. Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and teamwork.
