Join Our Client as an HR Generalist!

We’re looking for a people-focused, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and help us strengthen our culture, processes, and people experience. This role will be instrumental in supporting our employees and leaders across recruiting, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Overview

We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations, helping strengthen culture and the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to attract, interview, and onboard top talent who align with our culture and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and coaching efforts with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administer benefits enrollment and communicate updates to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with HR projects, engagement initiatives, and training programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Provide guidance and answers to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to multiple HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.), and HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
