Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Benefits & Recruiting Senior Generalist to join their dynamic team.

Location: Smithville HQ, TN

Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000

Key Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Ensure accurate enrollment, changes, and communication with employees.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts—posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes.
• Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all HR practices comply with federal and state employment laws as well as internal policies.
• Employee Relations & Performance Support: Assist in resolving employee concerns, support performance management processes, and maintain accurate HRIS records.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits and HR compliance
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of HR generalist or recruiting experience
