Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts cash and credit payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Maintains sanitation and proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintains equipment cleanliness.
• Greets customers courteously and communicates customer concerns to supervisors.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently and supports efficient service lines.
• Explains daily menu items and assists in customer decision-making.
• Adheres to display and merchandising standards for foods and beverages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous barista and cash handling experience preferred.
