The Opportunity:

Join our vibrant and innovative Computer-Aided Drug Discovery (CADD) team where we bring together diverse talents to treat RAS(ON) addicted cancers. Our team is at the forefront of research, pioneering new methods and technologies in drug discovery. As a part of research, we are a driving force behind drug discovery, and we are now eagerly searching for an outstanding computational chemist (contractor) to impact patients' lives by discovering medicines to address unmet medical needs. As a passionate scientist, you will thrive at the intersection of experimental and groundbreaking digital technologies. The position focuses explicitly on testing or developing new methods to predict and analyze protein-ligand interactions (PLI) and protein-protein interfaces (PPI).

Determine, propose, and implement advanced methodologies, analyze data, and document research to identify PPI and PLI.

Ability to work with software packages/GitHub repositories, test, and use them. Required Skills, Experience and Education:

MS or PhD degree in physical sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or Chemical Engineering), quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics), or equivalent industry research experience.

Experience in scientific programming languages such as Python, numerical methods, and scientific computing.

Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with scientists at different levels in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Preferred Skills:

Domain knowledge in protein structure-function, protein-ligand interactions, protein-protein interfaces, bioinformatics, and machine learning applications.

Experience working in the HPC environment to optimize processing time and resource utilization.

Iteratively improve and streamline computing pipelines, aiming for the production phase where non-experts can readily run it at scale.
