Overview
Audiologist position at a growing private audiology practice in the greater Houston area, seeking a driven, positive, self-motivated, and passionate Audiologist for our Friendswood, TX location. The role involves providing exceptional, evidence-based patient care and helping the practice grow. The practice offers diagnostic evaluations, multi-line hearing aid dispensing, ALD dispensing, real-ear verification, Lyric extended-wear fittings, tinnitus evaluations and treatment (including Lenire bi-modal neuromodulation device), and the opportunity to develop a cochlear implant program if interested.
Compensation Salary: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr, plus commissions. Base pay range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Provide diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based patient care.
Perform multi-line hearing aid dispensing and ALD dispensing.
Conduct real-ear verification and Lyric extended-wear fittings.
Address tinnitus evaluations and treatment, including Lenire bi-modal neuromodulation device.
Develop a cochlear implant program if interested.
For full-time, participate in outside marketing to grow the start-up location (e.g., meeting with physicians and other referral sources).
Qualifications
Au.D. degree.
Active TX Audiology License.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong computer skills and good follow-up skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
