Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Now Staffing Physical Therapist Assistants for the Rehab Department in state-of-the-art SNFs throughout NYC and surrounding areas. Flagstar Rehab PTAs work with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve physicality and cognition and enhance daily functioning. $31-$34 per hour (W-2), $35-$38 per hour (1099). Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with the PT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting for conditions such as TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses. Monitor and document patient progress using EMR software. Benefits
