Phlebotomist I – Tinton Falls, NJ
(Full-Time, Onsite) Location:
35 Gilbert Street South, Tinton Falls, NJ 07701 Contract:
6+ months Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Pay Rate:
$17–$21/hr Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Tinton Falls Patient Service Center in New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics
Handle forensic and clinical specimen collection
Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
Create a welcoming environment by explaining procedures and building patient trust
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Requirements
Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ years preferred
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)
Strong data entry and customer service skills
Flexible availability, including possible weekends, holidays, and overtime
Must be able to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
Reliable transportation is a must. Training will be conducted onsite.
This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance and experience.
