The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of direct patient care, ensuring effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality care, establish standards of practice, and provide effective fiscal management. Ensure quality client care in compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and the facility’s policies and procedures. Provide leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Serve as the Infection Control (IC) Nurse and coordinate the activities of the Infection Control Program. Benefits

Current license to practice in the State of Indiana. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; Master’s Degree preferred. Three (3) years’ experience in Nursing Administration or Leadership required. Knowledge of state and regulatory requirements. EEO Statement
