Overview

Manager, Clinical Transformation at DaVita Kidney Care. The role will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. You will work with a team that includes management consulting, public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience, and you will effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to team leads and cross-functional partners. Responsibilities

Clinical Expertise: Build a deep understanding of clinical processes associated with dialysis; observe operations to incorporate real-world considerations into work; learn physiological context that informs why or how an intervention may impact patient health outcomes. Collaborative Problem Solving: Leverage hypotheses-based approaches to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities; demonstrate intellectual curiosity and willingness to question why or how we can do this better; develop understanding of how work fits into the bigger picture. Analytics and Strategic Synthesis: Utilize analytical approaches or frameworks and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) when appropriate. Written & Oral Communication: Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis. Project Management: Create and manage project work plans; ensure timelines are met; understand how each part of a workstream impacts other parts of the workstream (predecessors). Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required at times; typical travel is 5-10%. Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of total work experience. Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating or financial performance preferred. Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred. Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred. What We’ll Provide
