A therapist-owned pediatric clinic is currently seeking a qualified
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a
13-week short-term assignment
in the
Houston 290 area (ZIP: 77040) . This role is best suited for a clinician with experience in pediatric settings who is confident taking on a steady caseload. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven team on a short-term basis, and enjoy a new adventure!
Position Overview
Temporary, 13-week in-clinic role in Houston, TX (77040)
Pediatrics only
– no travel or home health
Flexible start date depending on candidate availability
Clinician should be able to manage caseload independently and thrive in a collaborative setting
Practice model emphasizes child-led sessions, parent engagement, and clinical integrity
Compensation
Flexible compensation models: W2 or 1099 Contract
W-2: $30 per 30-minute therapy visit, $80 per evaluation
1099 Independent Contractor: $32–$40 per 30-minute treatment session, based on experience, $80 per evaluation
