Clinical Fellow - SLP
to join our Special Education team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Deliver speech/language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing assessments and treatments tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that empower patients and families. Collaborate in interdisciplinary team conferences and professional development activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation in line with MSDE, ASHA, COMAR, and accreditation standards. Participate in community outreach and departmental initiatives. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Limited License from the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists. CPR certification. Bonus additional training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders. Skills That Shine
Strong knowledge of developmental communication and feeding disorders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
