Prescribe non-controlled obesity medications for patients under direct care and in coordination with APPs. Attend weekly 30-minute collaborative meetings and 30 minutes of asynchronous communication with each assigned APP to review cases and mentor clinical staff. Ensure clinical documentation, protocols, and treatment pathways are followed consistently within the team. Assist in the professional development of APPs by fostering clinical growth, offering feedback, and supporting continuing education.
