Clinical Care Leader - RN - Clinic Resource Team at Sanford Health, Fargo, ND. This is a full-time, 40-hour weekly position with day shifts. Salary range: $29.50 - $44.50 per hour, plus a $2.25/hour float premium. Facility: Sanford Broadway Med Bld; Address: 736 Broadway N, Fargo, ND 58102, USA. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in the Clinical Care Leader (CCL) role facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team. Demonstrates strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze data and respond to changing situations. Communicates effectively to collaborate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with peers, inter-professional colleagues, patients and families. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, clinical support staff and the public. Serves as a mentor to staff and assists in facilitating overall clinic activities. May participate in leadership roles on department/organizational task forces and committees. Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care, coordinates care, conducts patient assessments, provides patient education, and triages, along with various other nursing interventions. Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Practices within the full scope of nursing, adhering to applicable standards and the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice. Documents patient history, symptoms, medications and care provided in compliance with applicable standards/regulations. Uses technology to enhance care and effectively delegates to and supervises unlicensed personnel, maintaining overall nursing accountability. Assists in new staff training and orientation regarding operating rules and working standards. Supports implementation of performance improvement policies and trains employees on these policies. Follows up with risk management and staff training as needed. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred in Fargo, Fargo Network, Bemidji, Sioux Falls Network and Rapid City. Required in Bismarck and Sioux Falls (Sanford USD Medical Center and Clinics). Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA). Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure if in an NLC state. Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications. Functions within the legal scope of practice. Benefits
