This is a 12-hour shift 3 days each week, with the shift schedule being from 07:00-19:30, total of 36 hours per week. Cath Lab Technician with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and 2 professional references. The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $72.07/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $54.15/hr, along with a per diem of $17.92/hr. $72.07 / hour Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Active unencumbered Radiology Technician California state license Graduate from a fully accredited Radiology Tech program One year of work experience as a Radiology Technician One year of EMR experience SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills. Participates in relevant continuing education programs. Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients. Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise. A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital. Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks. Requirements: COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster Responsibilities: Assess, prepare and position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. Prepare, implement and document plan of care. Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during and after procedures. Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic and interventional procedures. Perform set up and provide equipment and supplies before, during and after procedures.
