SAP S/4 FICO Lead Consultant

Job Title : SAP S/4 FICO Lead Consultant. Long Term Location : Raritan,Jersey. Responsibilities: Lead the Finance & Controlling (FICO) , partnering with business stakeholders. Manage S/4 AMS deliverables from the client side, focusing on finance-related incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements. Drive vendor accountability by ensuring timely resolution of issues, compliance with SLAs, and transparency in reporting. Act as an SME in S/4 FICO while staying hands-on with configuration, issue resolution, and change requests. Provide expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA). Ensure end-to-end integration with PP, MM, SD, and other modules in the S/4 environment. Manage month-end and year-end close cycles within AMS scope. Provide functional oversight for testing, cutover, and Hypercare, ensuring seamless stabilization. Coach and guide junior consultants, building internal capability for ongoing AMS delivery.
