Senior Manager on the Corporate Communications team at Capital One. Lead strategic communications initiatives that enhance Capital One’s reputation and support key business objectives. Manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with internal and external partners to deliver creative and effective communication strategies. Primary Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on communications initiatives. Lead planning and execution of data-backed, integrated communications campaigns aligned with enterprise and line-of-business priorities. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Drive media relations efforts to secure visibility in priority outlets. Leverage data to evaluate results, extract insights and optimize future programs. Oversee team operations, including budgeting and development of best practices. Stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance communication strategies. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or military experience At least 6 years of communications experience Preferred Qualifications

Public relations or communications experience in financial services, technology, or consumer brands This role requires Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $140,600 - $160,400 for Sr. Communications Manager. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered will be reflected in the offer letter. This role may be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which could include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
