We provide senior loans, unitranche loans and junior capital in addition to equity co-investments. We source opportunities directly from financial sponsors throughout North America, investing in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and debt recapitalizations. We are based in New York City and have 70+ investment professionals. Our leadership team has been in place since inception and our managing directors average 25 years of investment experience. This position is responsible for supporting the firm’s capital markets and syndication efforts across unitranche, junior debt, and equity co-investments. This team member will work in tandem with the head of capital markets, vice president of capital markets and across deal teams on all aspects of capital markets, including the existing portfolio and new deal activity. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a highly collaborative team and provide strategic perspective that will directly impact Audax Private Debt’s transactions and investment strategy.
