Provide Project Engineer/Administrator Services in support of Lochner’s North Florida CEI operations. Services to be provided on existing and future contracts for FDOT Districts 2, 3 and 5 and other regional municipalities. Who You Are
Road & bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience with project duties such as MAC System, progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, processing Construction Contract changes, etc. Ability to lead construction engineering administration and inspection teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pursue projects with new and existing clients. Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to construction and office aspects of the project. Knowledge of FDOT Procedures and proficiency in computer programs required to perform these duties. Requirements
Civil Engineering degree plus four (4) years of CEI experience in construction of major road or bridge structures preferred, or for non-degreed personnel eight (8) years of responsible CEI experience, four (4) years of which involved construction of major road or bridge structures.
