Seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a hybrid role based in Chandler, Arizona.
What we're looking for
Someone with experience in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM (any or all). A key player with strong familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow. Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks to drive operational efficiencies is essential. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments is highly desirable. Bonus if you have: Experience in healthcare or SLED sectors Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture:
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including various modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, etc. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap. Customization & Configuration:
Oversee customization and configuration ensuring best practices and scalability. Integration Design:
Architect integrations with systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs. Leadership & Mentorship:
Provide technical guidance to development teams. Platform Optimization:
Optimize environments for performance, usability, and cost-efficiency. Governance & Security:
Establish governance processes to ensure security and compliance. Client Engagement:
Act as SME, advising clients on architecture and automation. Documentation:
Produce comprehensive architecture and process documentation. Upgrades & Enhancements:
Lead system upgrades and platform enhancements. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions; at least 3 years in a lead or architect role. Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and best practices. Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, MID Server. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules). Certifications such as CAD, CSA, or CTA preferred. Strong ITIL knowledge and project management experience. Leadership and excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management). Knowledge of cloud integrations and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines. Why Join Us?

$150,000 - $180,000 per year
