Exposure Management extends CrowdStrike’s mission by ingesting large amounts of risk data and applying techniques (including Machine Learning) to provide visibility across hosts and cloud assets/workloads (e.g., attack paths, posture score). You will build backend services to ingest data, perform calculations, and provide remediation tooling and automation. The team uses GoLang for microservices and various databases. We operate in a distributed, remote-first environment and encourage ownership, collaboration, and asynchronous communication. What Youll Do

Develop backend services hosting private and public-facing web services. Develop public-facing command-line utilities that interact with web services. Design supporting infrastructure (databases, real-time data streams, etc.). Provide integration support and documentation for cross-functional teams (e.g., UX/UI, Sensors). Configure and monitor uptime alerts related to your services. Contribute to architecture, models, user experience, performance, and stability after rapid prototyping and fast-paced decision making. Brainstorm and refine how customers use data to automate cyber threat intelligence at global scale. Maintain services in a healthy, reliable state. What Youll Need

Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with large-scale distributed systems. Experience programming in at least one object-oriented language (Go, Python). Experience developing and consuming RESTful API web services. Experience with cloud provider APIs (AWS is primary; also Azure and GCP). Experience using a message queue (Kafka). Understanding of data structures and caching (e.g., Redis). Experience with RDBMS databases and SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL). Experience troubleshooting highly distributed systems (concurrency, immutability, sharding, eventual consistency). Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency with algorithms and data structures. A minimum of 7 years of experience with enterprise cloud-based systems. Bonus Points

Machine learning or AI experience. Experience with full-text search in Elasticsearch. Experience with Cassandra, CQL, and wide-column stores. Experience with graph databases and graph structures. Prior cybersecurity industry experience or relevant certifications. Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike
