Ignition Developer

Design, implement, and validate Ignition SCADA Systems and third-party data collection engines within a team. Configure and test communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet, and MQTT. Develop SQL queries and stored procedures as required. Communicate proactively with team members regarding project concerns or technical issues. Support and enhance existing Ignition SCADA systems, SQL databases, and related interfaces. Follow best practices for developing intelligent UDTs for Ignition systems. Participate in FAT, SAT, and on-site commissioning activities. Work collaboratively in an office environment and document all solutions and code. Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in developing and deploying Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA Systems. Experience with installation, configuration, and management of production and backup environments. Proficiency in Vision and Perspective UI development, SQL database design, scripting with Python, and configuring alarms. Strong communication skills and ability to contribute effectively to team projects. Qualifications
Four-year technical degree in engineering or technology, or equivalent work experience. Ignition Core or Gold Certification is a plus. Experience in industries such as Oil and Gas, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or Utilities. Benefits
