Software Engineer: 2 Years with Bachelor’s in related field of study, 0 Years with Masters or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree. US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP). Ability to team plan, execute, and manage the technical scope, and support leadership planning. Current understanding of software engineering best practices Experience in software engineering, system design, software requirements, and test Experience with Agile and working in a cross-functional Scrum team. Experience integrating multiple engineering specialties and stakeholders across multiple Integrated Product Teams and Suppliers Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience Experience leading the performance of technical tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements as technical lead Preferred Qualifications
Detailed knowledge of the Command and Launch system and mission objectives SysML Model Builder Fundamental Certification Experience with verification planning and system buildup for Flight Tests Experience using Model Based Product Line Engineering Concepts Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and Confluence and working in a cross-function Scrum team. Experience performing Safety Critical Functional Thread Analysis (SCFTA) Experience integrating multiple engineering specialties and stakeholders across multiple Integrated Product Teams and Suppliers Ability to establish a Software Requirements Peer Review Process and verification plans that include identification of all artifacts required for peer review. #SentinelSoftware Primary Level Salary Range: $81,300.00 - $128,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
