This is a hybrid role that requires some on-site work (inside our Indianapolis, Indiana office). The role combines business analysis, reporting, data integration, and governance to ensure the organization’s data ecosystem is scalable, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities
Elicit, define, and document business requirements for new metrics, dashboards, and reporting deliverables. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, automations, and visualizations that help stakeholders understand performance, trends, and opportunities. Build and optimize data delivery systems/processes (e.g., Power BI reports, stored procedures, paginated reports, views, automations) and collaborate with others to use them effectively. Collaborate with business units to identify reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications to improve the member experience or increase operational efficiency. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports. Produce written communication that effectively summarizes any discoveries and recommendations produced through reporting and analysis projects. Design and develop new ongoing reporting and analytical tools aligned with business needs. Deliver visualizations by translating data into appropriate formats that support business leaders in making decisions. Influence the organization cross-functionally to implement change and optimize data quality and integration. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems or related field. 3-5 years of experience in related field. Proficiency in SQL for Microsoft SQL Server. Familiarity using and publishing reports with Microsoft business intelligence toolset (Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint). Working knowledge of data reporting and analytics practices such as data visualization, data quality, data analysis, and data delivery. Basic project management skills.
