What You’ll Do
Design intuitive and visually compelling
internal tools, dashboards, and financial system interfaces
that empower users to work smarter. Conduct user research and usability testing, then translate feedback into highly functional design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital products that align with business goals and technical needs. Maintain a high bar for creative quality while meeting deadlines in a dynamic, agile environment. What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience
designing applications, dashboards, websites, or digital products. Hands-on experience designing
employee applications, internal tools, and dashboards. Strong background conducting user research, testing, and incorporating insights into designs. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Bonus Points For
Experience designing for
financial systems or applications. Proficiency in Figma (and other design tools). Background working on agile teams and projects.
