Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our automated Lockbox Solutions. This role is critical to evolving our current Business Process Management (BPM) service into a robust, standardized, and automated offering. Role & Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Iron Mountain's Lockbox Automation offering. Identify and target key customer segments and industries for lockbox solutions, with a focus on outsourced and individual customer needs. Develop a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including pricing models, targeted marketing initiatives, and enablement programs. Solution Development & Enhancement:

Lead the development of DXP solutions for lockbox automation, including validation, workflow orchestration, and robust reporting. Collaborate with engineering teams (DXP, IDP, IMTrack) to build requirements for workflow automation and leverage DXP/IDP for transaction splitting, classification, extraction, and validation. Oversee the integration of technology and operations to ensure seamless delivery of the lockbox offering. Drive the implementation of the right equipment, tailored to specific transaction types, to reduce manual intervention, enhance data accuracy, and accelerate processing speeds. Operational Standardization & SME Leadership:

Work with operations to develop comprehensive Operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the lockbox offering, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across all operations. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in lockbox operations to support product management strategy and the deal solutions process. Collaborate with operations SMEs to standardize lockbox operations and write procedures based on industry standards. Contribute to the location strategy for lockbox operations hubs, considering customer concentration, Iron Mountain transportation, and scan sites. Market Analysis & Partnership:

Stay informed about industry standards for lockbox solutions and have external connections and insights within the lockbox industry. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the financial services or payment processing industry. Strong understanding of lockbox operations, check processing, and remittance management. Experience with content management platform and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) for workflow automation and data extraction. Familiarity with equipment used in check processing, such as OPEX Falcon Red, Bluecrest mail sorter, and IBML Raptor. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings. Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA) related to financial data. The role requires approximately

20% travel , with the understanding that the frequency may increase based on evolving client and business needs.
