Base pay range $64,845.00/yr - $97,733.00/yr
Job Responsibilities As an entry level engineer, you will support our engineering teams on designs that are inspiring, demanding, and highly collaborative. You will learn from others and contribute to innovative solutions and client satisfaction.
Enroll in the firmwide EDT program.
Attend continuing education seminars on technical or professional topics.
Conduct field inspections to determine existing conditions and coordinate new work; assist senior team members in preparing due diligence, feasibility studies, gap analyses, and other technical reports and drawings.
Coordinate with other disciplines and work closely with the design team.
Create basic designs under the direction of senior team members, perform CAD/BIM drafting, equipment selections, and systems calculations for a variety of projects to begin to understand architectural engineering design and documentation.
Begin to be cross-trained in multidisciplinary designs and support design production of drawings, calculations, research, reports, analyses, and specifications.
Develop a basic understanding of network connectivity (LAN/WAN) and other ICT fundamentals, including Wi-Fi infrastructure, WAPs, and controllers.
Support the design and engineering efforts of systems for new installations, retrofits, replacements, and upgrades across diverse projects.
Take ownership of the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work assignments.
Job Requirements The ideal candidate enjoys a team environment and can work independently when needed. They are eager to learn and will grow their knowledge through hands-on experience and access to technical resources.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a graduation date in
Winter 2025, Spring or Summer 2026 .
Knowledge of the latest version of MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus.
Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.
About the Engineer Development Program (EDT) Recent graduates can participate in an accelerated, thorough training curriculum that covers technical aspects of the profession as well as industry-specific business aspects. Senior engineers mentor each participant to foster a strong mentor/apprentice relationship.
