Lead the design and construction of ZURU's new offices and showrooms around the world. Manage multiple high-profile projects from initial design through final execution. Project Leadership & Oversight: manage the lifecycle of 3+ commercial projects, develop designs, review drawings, oversee construction administration, manage schedules, and ensure budget and quality standards. Stakeholder Management: be the primary contact for internal teams, clients, and external contractors; lead meetings, present designs, and resolve challenges to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications
At least 4 years in architecture, with a focus on commercial projects, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction; proven leadership of architectural teams.
