We are seeking a detail-oriented CSA QA/QC Inspector with a structural focus to support quality assurance and control activities on a high-tech semiconductor construction project. The role is responsible for ensuring that all structural works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for CSA scope, ensuring alignment with overall construction milestones. Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines (MEP, Process, I&C, etc.) to resolve technical queries and avoid clashes. Support constructability reviews and provide input during design development and IFC drawing release. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance with project requirements and codes. Prepare and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) and coordinate responses with designers/clients. Track design changes and ensure timely implementation in the field. Provide engineering input during construction sequencing, temporary works, and method statements. Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day CSA activities on site. Monitor progress of civil, structural, and architectural works, highlighting potential delays or risks. Ensure materials are inspected, approved, and delivered in line with project schedule. Verify installation quality through inspections, checks, and coordination with QA/QC engineers. Maintain accurate logs of RFIs, submittals, material approvals, and daily progress. Contribute to weekly/monthly progress reports highlighting CSA status, issues, and risks. Ensure CSA documentation is complete and included in turnover packages. Attend coordination meetings with client, GC, and subcontractors to represent CSA scope. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Assist with client walk-downs and progress updates. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil, structural, or architectural engineering roles supporting large-scale construction projects (semiconductor or industrial preferred). Demonstrated experience in project schedule support, RFI preparation, design review, and field coordination. Strong computer literacy (MS Office, scheduling software, and construction management tools). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines in a fast-paced construction environment. Education / Licenses / Certifications
