Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications. Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions. Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions or projects with a focus on risk management; may supervise teams on complex initiatives. Maintain billable client charging, assist with leading delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily. Travel may be required based on client needs. Lead SAP PRA module implementations for Upstream Oil & Gas clients, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions that align with industry best practices. Provide expert guidance on SAP PRA functionalities (e.g., division order, production accounting, regulatory compliance) and conduct system configuration, testing, and user training. Participate in special projects to optimize revenue accounting processes and enhance system performance. Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. 2 to 4 years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on SAP PRA within IS-OIL; proven Upstream Oil & Gas project delivery. Strong understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulatory requirements in oil and gas. Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams; strong written, verbal, and client service skills. Experience developing functional specifications; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues (regulations, industry practices, new technologies). Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 60%+. Prior consulting experience and SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules are pluses; experience with at least three full cycle implementations. What We Look For
