Tata Consultancy Services Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Responsibilities
Candidate should be hands-on and experienced to support AWS infrastructure, networking, cloud automation, and platform performance. Independently provide application support, code, test, debug and deploy the code. Support for Java application development and operations as part of production support. Willingness to perform Application Support on rotation as needed by the customer. 5 Days onsite in Dallas (no remote option). Good interpersonal and communication/presentation skills. Key Skills and Qualifications
Supporting Java Microservices and applications built using Springboot. Supporting and maintaining databases such as Mongo DB, RDS, Oracle. Deploying containerized applications in EKS cluster; Troubleshoot applications running in EKS clusters. Support Salesforce applications using Salesforce Community Cloud and Service Cloud; strong knowledge of CRM applications. Experience in APEX Coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API Integration and Flows. Experienced in Service Cloud features such as Web-to-Case and Assignment Rules and Experience Cloud. Troubleshoot Kafka related issues. Support COTs applications such as deFI, FISERV products, etc. AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes). Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation. Troubleshooting Linux/Windows systems. AWS CLI, scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell). AWS certifications (Solutions Architect preferred). Salesforce Developer I & Developer II certifications must. Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools. Knowledge on JIRA. Qualifications
