As a Digital Process Developer, you will play a key role in translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable initiatives. You’ll analyze processes and customer needs, define technical requirements, and ensure that development work is based on solid understanding and prioritization. You’ll act as the bridge between business and development turning needs, incidents, and improvement ideas into structured, transparent plans. The role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to ensure everyone is aligned from business stakeholders to developers. Responsibilities

Gathering information for prioritization Building business cases and assessing expected value Investigating dependencies across different units Aligning with IT on feasibility and delivery possibilities Translate business needs into structured work items, process flows, and functional requirements Support the incident management process including: Categorize and track incidents Create user stories Communicate progress and closure metrics to stakeholders Facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify needs and align understanding Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, and developers to ensure effective implementation Support system and stakeholder mapping, as well as customer journey documentation Maintain and update product pages and documentation Benefits

Naturally structured and organized, you create overview and clarity in your work A strong technical background and experience in a similar role Experience in creating, preparing and working with test management and test planning Experience in business and process requirement analysis Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills Proactive attitude with a passion for solving complex problems Fluency in English, both written and verbal Experienced in agile ways of working and digital development environments You also have: A relevant candidate degree is an advantage, but equivalent professional experience is equally valued Experience in business and process analysis, requirement management, or digital development Understanding of how UI and UX design work in practice Experience working with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and/or Jira Additional information
