Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Architect for a critical individual contributor role. Financial services industry experience would be helpful. 3 days on-site in East Los Angeles! Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization. Create secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that support long-term business goals. Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Guide projects that modernize systems, including migrations from on-premises to cloud or hybrid environments. Oversee risk management processes such as disaster recovery planning, change management, and incident response. Run proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies and approaches. Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to strengthen cloud security, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and improve automation. Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.) to automate provisioning and configuration. Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance or reliability issues across distributed systems. Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or related architecture roles. Deep knowledge of networking, storage systems (SAN/NAS), virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), and enterprise data centers. Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong background in automation and Infrastructure as Code tools. Familiarity with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. Why Work Here
