valantic PLM (former sandborn digital GmbH) Key Responsibilities: PLM Solution Architecture : Take ownership of the architectural design and implementation of PLM solutions using Siemens Teamcenter Client Collaboration : Engage closely with clients to understand their business challenges, articulate PLM requirements, and develop comprehensive solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency Technical Expertise : Provide expert-level guidance on Teamcenter configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in PLM and related domains Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated and scalable PLM solutions Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless adoption and utilization of Teamcenter solutions Required Qualifications: Ideally 12+ years' experience in PLM solution architecture, with a focus on Siemens Teamcenter. Proven track record of providing PLM solutions for complex projects Possesses expertise in Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and integration. Shows deep understanding of Teamcenter PLM processes, methodologies, and best practices Develops and maintains a comprehensive 360-degree view of the solution Core technical skills: Server Side Customization (ITK), AWC Customization and Configuration, BMIDE, CPP, Core Java, Change Management, BOM Management (DBOM, EBOM and MBOM) Teamcenter Modules: Query Builder, Access Manager, Structure Manager, Workflow Management, Document Management, Part Management Demonstrates excellent understanding of business data and process requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges What to expect: Exciting projects with our customers A passionate team and an open corporate culture Creative input and plenty of room for your own ideas Regular team events Further development opportunities that suit you Flexible working hours, attractive benefits and, of course, lots of fun Seniority level
