We are hiring a Information Technology Project Manager - active TS/SCI clearance to support our government customer based in Springfield, VA. The position is required to be onsite. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Responsibilities
Lead efforts to deliver projects that span across multiple functional areas and/or directorates, coordinating resources, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and delivering project status information. Collaborate cross-functionally to ingest internal and external requirements, determine interdependencies, define project success criteria, manage change, and mitigate/manage risk through the project lifecycle. Facilitate and implement all facets of project leadership and delivery, including planning, execution, communications, and governance compliance. Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of IT Project Management experience. PMP certification. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Demonstrated ability to manage complex and/or high-risk projects including Agile/Waterfall with multiple components. Ability to coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Ability to elicit and document functional and technical requirements to support transformation and design of business technical processes. Ability to identify and manage directorate and functional area interdependencies. Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools (Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change Management). Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to track milestones, dependencies, tasks, and effort to ensure quality of deliverables. Ability to develop concept of operations and project management documentation. Minimum credential requirements for Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) positions. Desired: Master’s degree in Information Systems Management or equivalent. Advanced ITIL certifications or training; understanding of IC/DoD/DoN policies governing IT. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain and maintain CI Polygraph.
