The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.

Responsibilities:
Perform as senior-level contributor with knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related software/hardware within a secure, multi-platform operating environment. Provide support to a large and diverse customer base as a member of a complex team comprised of contractors and government personnel. Assist with integration of network and hardware infrastructure, including the planning, design, installation, maintenance, and management of the enterprise LAN/WAN. Perform installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of various devices, including KG-175 TACLANE encryption devices, Cisco routers, switches, VoIP phones, and VTC devices. Provide Windows 10/11 desktop administration and end-user support, including operating system deployment and imaging via MECM, client application installation, roaming profiles, troubleshooting, and peripheral support. Install, label, and organize interior STP CAT5/6 copper, fiber, and AV cabling, including cable management. Review mission scope-of-work requirements and technical design packages. Prepare and execute hardware deployment and site installation plans, and coordinate with customer project managers, administrative and technical program support staff, and customers. Update and complete support tickets and post-installation close-out operations. Perform site surveys to assess and document current and proposed site network configuration and architecture based on mission requirements, specifications, and customer needs. Requirements:
Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI. 5 years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience working within communications technology programs under the DoD or Intelligence Community environments. Familiarity with classified environments, compliance requirements, and secure communication standards. Proven experience installing and integrating hardware components into network and telecommunications infrastructures. Ability to configure and optimize hardware for optimal network performance and reliability. In-depth knowledge of PC and LAN communication hardware and architecture. Experience working within complex multi-protocol network environments. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in VTC systems. Strong Windows 10 desktop administration skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. Ability to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday, and ability to work overtime during critical peaks. Must have a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and Visio. Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT related field. 7 - 10 years of relevant experience. ITIL v4 Certification. ServiceNow experience. Experience with installation and configuration of enterprise network and systems infrastructure devices, cabling, and operational best practices. Understanding of Active Directory, MECM, DHCP, DNS, Cisco IOS, SolarWinds, and Remedy.
