Netflix is expanding with an ad-supported model in 12 major markets and is seeking founding team members to shape this new business area. We are seeking a Senior Client Partner experienced in selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 enterprise clients on the Health vertical to grow and scale Netflix US revenue. You will leverage your understanding of the digital video and programmatic landscape to act as a strategic partner to assigned clients and sell Netflix’s full range of advertising solutions to help achieve their marketing goals. The role focuses on client direct sales needs and requires collaboration with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative, entrepreneurial, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. Travel and representation at industry events are required. Key responsibilities
Generate interest and excitement about Netflix’s offerings with client CMOs, Marketing teams, Brand Managers, and Media Directors to influence ad spending decisions. Focus on the client’s programmatic strategy and investments, including audience planning, data strategy, analytics and measurement, and creative. Accelerate clients’ education and usage of Netflix’s scaled media solutions to advance long-term growth and business priorities. Apply deep industry knowledge to anticipate client needs, expand key relationships, and demonstrate the value of Netflix Ads. Partner with agency teams and cross-functional partners to grow revenue across the business. Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Business Development, Policy, Legal, Brand Partnerships and Live Experiences teams to ensure client needs are met. Build data-informed, comprehensive business plans that generate top-line revenue growth and communicate go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends and innovation to maintain a competitive edge and inform client strategies. Work with sales leadership to establish and pursue strategic objectives and goals that maximize business impact. Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and maintain trust and collaboration. Support brand partnership opportunities beyond traditional media solutions (e.g., Brand Partnership, Consumer Product Partnerships, Live Events). Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in the advertising industry with at least 5+ years of programmatic sales experience managing complex client relationships and scaled solutions. Experience building and closing annual agreements and client JBPs. Extensive advertising partner strategy development and consultative skills with a track record working with multinational leadership teams. Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes. Consultative problem solver who can collaborate and work across functions. Understanding of how clients set priorities and performance goals, and how to align the product portfolio to meet those needs. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Strong, confident presentation skills. Compensation is primarily an annual salary with optional stock compensation. The market range for roles in this area is typically $70k – $420k, with a portion variable. Details are determined based on market indicators and individual qualifications.
