Overview
IT Applications Programmer IV for Workday Integration Developer - Digital Technology Services at
Hackensack Meridian Health . This position is on-site in Edison, NJ (4 days per week in-office Monday-Thursday). Requisition # 2025-160975 • Shift: Day • Status: Full Time with Benefits Responsibilities
Designs and develops software applications that support internal or external business functions. Tests, debugs, maintains and enhances applications; handles complex issues; may act as a project lead. Codes features based on detailed specifications or business requirements. Recommends technical solutions to complex business problems; mentors lower level programmers. Oversees testing, monitors production performance, troubleshoots and resolves issues. Develops and maintains internal and end-user documentation; provides technical assistance during implementation or maintenance. Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior; participates in process improvement and policy design as needed. Performs other related duties or projects as assigned. Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field. Five or more years of relevant IT experience. Extensive experience with one or more programming languages or frameworks. Ability to organize and coordinate small group activities; works independently with strong time management. Strong desktop skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook); effective oral and written communication; clear documentation. Collaborates well with team members across the department; demonstrates self-direction. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related IT field. Healthcare experience or related field. Licenses and Certifications
Epic and/or other relevant certification(s) or equivalent applications programming experience (e.g., PeopleSoft tools). Compensation and Benefits
Minimum rate of $131,144 Annual HMH provides a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits. Pay is a reasonable good faith estimate and may vary based on factors such as market data, experience, education, certifications, skills, location, internal equity and budgeting.
