Job Overview
EY is hiring for a SAP - EWM - Senior - Consulting role. Location: Anywhere in Country. The opportunity sits within EY’s SAP practice as part of the Technology Consulting sub-service line, focusing on delivering transformative SAP EWM solutions for clients to improve logistics operations, cost efficiency, and performance. This role involves engaging with business stakeholders, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering system architecture solutions for SAP EWM and related modules. Responsibilities
Interact with business stakeholders to gather and evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design and document functional specifications for custom RICEF solutions. Test SAP EWM solutions and support the development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; assimilate new knowledge quickly. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and SAP EWM configuration. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Ability to build and manage client relationships; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Flexibility to travel 40-60% as needed. Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Prior consulting experience or deep functional SAP experience; SAP certifications are a plus. Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation and hands-on SAP system configuration. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts and delivering end-user training materials. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution and/or manufacturing facilities. What We Look For
