Investors include Andreessen Horowitz, MSD Capital, Threshold Ventures, and Goldman Sachs. We are looking for a highly driven Sales Engineer to expand our presence in the German market. In this role, you will partner with the Regional Sales Director to sell Forward Networks solutions to prospective and existing customers across the region, working closely with our partners. If you have 7-10 years of wildly successful experience selling to large enterprisesas a Systems (Sales) Engineer, you may be the one! We are building a special team and hope you consider us if you want to have theexperience of changing the networking world as we know it Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical resource for the sales team, supporting large enterprise accounts. Serve as the product advocate and key technical advisor throughout the sale process. Lead and manage the technology evaluation phase, addressing technical questions and articulating both business and technical value to all management levels. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. Assess technical feasibility and qualify potential deployment opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs). Respond to functional and technical aspects of RFIs and RFPs. Collaborate with internal product management and engineering teams to communicate customer requirements. Represent the product to customers and partners and at field events such as conferences and seminars. Required Qualifications: Strong understanding of networking and security solutions and vendors Deep understanding of networking and security solutions, including key vendors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on needs analysis solution positioning, business justification, and closing techniques. 5+ years’ experience selling to Enterprise customers for a networking company or relevant software vendor.
