We are looking for a

Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

to join a growing team in multiple locations, including Annapolis Junction, MD and Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, to profile targets and their activities.

Sound understanding of the principles and methods of exploiting communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.

Analyze DNI data for reportable intelligence information and building target profiles

Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis

Perform sustained target analysis and enhancement through the use of DNI and DNR analytic techniques; analyze DNI data to identify new access development opportunities for follow-on collection requirements

Identify intelligence gaps and evaluating the intelligence gathered in order to either tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.

Required Qualifications

At least 9 years demonstrated experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) as a Target Digital Network Analyst.

Bachelor's Degree

Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development.

Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing customer tools.

Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.

Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection.

Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Security Clearance

A current government clearance, background investigation, and polygraph are required.

Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
