Architect , you will develop innovative design solutions, leveraging your technical skills and Revit expertise to drive projects from concept to construction in a collaborative environment. You will translate sketches and documents into 2D/3D models and resolve technical issues as they arise. Your role is crucial in delivering world-class

Data Centers

and other high-tech projects. What You Will Do Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver informed project solutions. Coordinate documentation with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, safety). Work with project teams, clients, vendors, and contractors. Resolve technical and design issues to produce innovative solutions. Oversee production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration. Ensure delivery of high-quality documents with strong design intent. Manage submittals, RFIs, and interface with permitting officials. Contribute to project financial performance and proposals. Build and maintain client relationships. Your Qualifications Registered Architect required. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university. 8+ years of related experience, with Critical Facilities/Data Center background or interest. Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software. Knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, standards, and structures. Experience across the entire project lifecycle. Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages. Strategic, innovative thinking with a focus on future design trends.
