Crafting the right network, with the right equipment and software, requires a combination of technical skill and careful planning. That’s why we need you, an experienced network engineer who knows how to develop the exact network the DoD needs. As a Network Engineer on our team, you’ll use your experience in developing algorithms incorporated into models associated with the research and technologies and systems involving traditional circuit switched networks, data networks, access technologies, wireless systems, the media to carry such services, the protocols required for the completion of transport and services, operation of networks, management of network resources, and traffic performance modeling of such networks to support the nation’s defense and respond to evolving adversaries. You’ll analyze current working infrastructures and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems. Your knowledge of network protocols, equipment, emerging technology, and configurations will come in handy as you optimize client operations and modernization. Using your technical curiosity and knowledge of industry standards, you’ll make an impact on national security missions. Responsibilities: Develop algorithms for models using networking technologies Gather needed data to specify system or component performance and interface requirements Perform data captures to obtain network performance information Analyze and model questions to determine technical modeling approaches Perform high-level design of the models, including system and component performances and interface requirements Requirements: Experience developing algorithms for models using networking technologies Experience gathering needed data to specify system or component performance and interface requirements Experience performing data captures to obtain network performance information Experience in analyzing and modeling questions to determine technical modeling approaches Experience performing high-level design of the models, including system and component performances and interface requirements TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience managing network resources and provisioning of the resources Experience in defining specific procedures to be used to solve technical problems Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Compensation:
