Overview
The QA and Systems Analyst role at Merz Aesthetics focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable digital tools and CRM deployments through rigorous testing, validation, and documentation. This role supports new system functionality rollouts, performs end-to-end user acceptance testing, and partners with IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues. The analyst plays a key role in systems enhancement success, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring a seamless user experience across digital operations platforms.
What You Will Do
Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute test cases and scripts for CRM tools and digital platforms, ensuring functionality, accuracy, and traceability
UAT & Issue Resolution: Lead user acceptance testing cycles and collaborate with IT to identify and resolve bugs and system defects
System Deployment Support: Partner with cross-functional teams during system rollouts and updates to ensure readiness and quality
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test cases, results, issue logs, and deployment processes
Project Participation: Support broader digital projects (e.g., platform upgrades, integrations) through technical validation and system testing
Create Test Data: Identify and create test data across systems (Salesforce, OCE and SAP) to be utilized within test plans/scenarios
Regression Testing: Lead regression testing and automation (TestIM and TestRail)
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field
2+ years experience in QA, digital operations, or systems analyst
Experience with Salesforce and CRM platforms
SAP experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, etc.
Familiarity with agile methology or software development cycles
Background in salesforce enhancement validation
Technical & Functional Skills
Familiarity with testing tools
Knowledge of software testing methodology and UAT execution
Proficient in Microsoft office suite
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Proven ability to communicate and work cross functionally with commercial business and technology teams
